The GIGABYTE company has officially introduced a new graphics card, named GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 WINDFORCE 2G (GV-N1050WF2-2GD). It possesses such peculiarities as refined PC-board design and a modified cooling system.



GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 WINDFORCE 2G is based on a 14 nm NVIDIA GP107-300 GPU, supporting 640 CUDA, 40 TMU and 32 ROP. This video card can operate in one of pre-set modes – “Gaming” or “OC”. Its frequency formula goes in accord with the benchmark of 1354 / 1455 MHz in the first case and 1379 / 1493 MHz in the second. At the same time 2 GB of GDDR5 memory work at the reference effective frequency of 7008 MHz.


The PC-board is improved due to the Ultra Durable VGA company concept and an enhanced 4+1-phase power subsystem construction with one 6-pin PCIe connector. Biostar Intros a New Affordable Motherboard Hi-Fi A75S3

Biostar starts the sale campaign of its new motherboard model codenamed Hi-Fi A75S3, which belongs to PURO Hi-Fi flagship line. It is developed in micro-ATX form-factor and is based on AMD A75 system logics. The board supports all contemporary AMD CPUs that are compatible with FM2 socket, including the series A10, A8, A6, E2, A4, and Athlon II X4 (all with TDP level not more than 100W). The new model is targeted to operate under Windows OS (versions XP, 7, Vista and 8).



Motherboard Hi-Fi A75S3 houses two DIMM slots for a two-channel DDR3 memory that is estimated to work at 800MHz, 1066MHz, 1333MHz, 1600MHz, and 1866 MHz frequency. The overall volume of the integrated memory might achieve 32GB. The model employs GPU of Direct X11 class that secures efficient performance in the majority of updated 3D games and applications. EK-FC1080 GTX Ti Strix Water Blocks are Built for Asus ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 3D Cards

EK Water Blocks has announced a full-cover water block for Asus ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1080 Ti cards, called EK-FC1080 GTX Ti Strix.



The EKWB specialty effectively draws heat from the GPU, memory chips and voltage controller. It is designed according to the scheme with cooling liquid streamflow separation. Due to low hydrodynamic resistance this product is compatible with weak pumps.


The water block base is produced out of copper and nickel-plated, and the lid is made out of acrylic plastic or POM Acetal material (depending on the version). The transparent lid has two openings for 3 mm LEDs. The manufacturer also marks the presence of the décor overlay with a 3D card name, which covers ports for tubes connection. As an option customers can get a plate to be fixed on the back side of the PCB. EK-FC1080 GTX Ti Strix Backplate – Black (the back one) costs 20 EUR, and EK-FC1080 GTX Ti Strix Backplate – Nickel (nickelized) costs 38 EUR.
