Sapphire Unveils Small-Sized R9 285 2GB GDDR5 ITX Compact Edition Graphics Cards

Optimized energy efficiency offered by AMD Radeon R9 285 graphics adapters has become a key factor for Sapphire to elaborate a pair of original proprietary versions. The new-comers, codenamed R9 285 2GB GDDR5 ITX Compact Edition, are targeting mini-ITX systems with huge performance ambitions. The pair traditionally involves a standard model with etalon specifications and OC model with a factory overclocking.



Both graphics cards employ a small-sized two-slot cooler that consists of a compact heatsink, four copper heatpipes, and a single fan of 100 mm dimensional type. Meet New High-Speed External Hard Drive Buffalo HD-GDU3

Buffalo Technology, a Japanese manufacturer of all innovatory storage devices and network solutions, showcases a new external hard drive, codenamed HD-GDU3, within the boundaries of DriveStation series. The new drive is housed in a black casing, featuring 45x126x202 mm dimensions. The model is known to have three capacity variations and, correspondingly, three different models: HD-GD1.0U3 (1TB), HD-GD2.0U3 (2TB) and HD-GD3.0U3 (3TB).



These external drives employ 3.5-inch hard drives as the basis and support an advanced high-speed USB 3.0 interface. Their layout involves 1GB of DRAM cache-memory which utilizes a dedicated caching software applet Turbo PC EX2, delivered along with the drives. This applet is called to immensely accelerate the data transfer process. The nominal delivery kit also includes a large software package with encoding and backup programs.

The manufacturer designed Philips Momentum 436M6VBPAB to act as an analogue of UHD-TV-sets. The refreshment rate makes this device attractive for PC gamers and playstations owners.

 

Philips Momentum 436M6VBPAB ensures the 97.6 % covering of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, while featuring the 1000 cd/m² peak brightness, 50 000 000:1 dynamic contrast and 4 ms response time.
