TP-Link Unleashes a New Router with Built-In Battery

Model TL-MR3040 is attributed exactly to compact solutions with one peculiar feature: built-in battery for 2000 mAh. The battery is able to operate up to four hours as access point under 802.11n standard. Router might be powered as from network adapter, so from a laptop via USB cable.

Recently the ASUS Co. has replenished its range of small-sized computers with the VivoMini UN65U sample, operated by the Windows 10 OS and based on the Intel Kaby Lake hardware platform.



The top version is equipped with the Core i7-7500U processor, the chipset has two cores with the 2.7 GHz frequency, which dynamically increases to 3.5 GHz. The Intel HD Graphics 620 accelerator is also installed. The capacity of the DDR4-2133 memory may reach 32 GB.


This minicomputer may obtain a 1 TB 2.5-inch HDD and a 512 GB М.2 SSD. Optionally one can mount the latest Intel Optane memory.


Key specifications include Bluetooth 4.1 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wireless adapters, alongside with a Gigabit Ethernet network controller. Што се тиче скупа функционалних могућности, онда се он разликује од модела до модела. Поред пружања услуге чувања и обраде информација, НАС-сервери могу бити опремљени контролора рада мрежних и спољних уређаја, торрент клијената, контролни улаз/излаз са конекторима УСБ, лука Етхернет, видеовыходами (ВГА, ХДМИ и др.). Штавише, ако се преузети драјвере за НАС уређаја, подешавање система може да се уради без рачунара, захваљујући директном повезивање миша и тастатуре за I/O панела.

Укупно, НАС-сервери обезбеђују поузданост складиштење информација, једноставност управе, отворени приступ свим подацима повезаним РАЧУНАРУ и практично неограничене скалабилност – могућност да се прошири простор постављањем дискови већег обима или повезивање на систем за још једног спремишта.
