Intro

Ultra-wide monitors with a large diagonal over the past couple of years that we have gradually become accustomed to, but in its majority such models were purely gaming ones – and it is widely known that there are no higher requirements for image quality to such monitors. LG 38WK95C – is a "universal" home model, which is suitable for both games and video, and even for work with colors - thanks to the factory calibration.

 

 

Design concept

The monitor is made in a frameless style, but it still has a thin frame framing the screen - it is a strip of metallic color, encircling the body around the perimeter and distinguishing the "blackness" of the display and white glossy plastic on the back side.

In Win Development Gives New Life to Its Extraordinary D-Frame Mini Chassis

The Taiwan In Win Development company decided to bring the D-Frame Mini chassis back to life. This case saw the world back in 2014 and today it is released in new appearance.

 

Comparing to the predecessor, the novelty is more reasonably priced and available in several colour variants, among which one may distinguish red, black, white, orange, green and blue. D-Frame Mini construction is left unchanged with the 501(length) x 230(width) x 405(height) mm dimensions and 5.25 kg weight. In its most part the specialty is produced out of aluminium and tempered glass.

 

The framework is ready to house a Mini-ITX motherboard, an ATX-compatible power supply, three 3.5” and two 2.5” drives, a two-slot graphics card of up to 340 mm length, a CPU cooler (165 mm high max) and a liquid cooling system heatsink of the 240 mm typical size. The I/O panel contains a couple of USB 3.0 ports and a pair of 3.5 mm audio jacks.

Thermaltake PC cases have never been a frustration. The Versa N23 is not an exception. It is a combination of functionality balanced with modern styling and a bit of company’s passion. Thermaltake Versa N23 is intended to accommodate mini-ITX, micro-ATX and ATX motherboards with the maximum of 7 expansion slots. The availability of ODD bays enables the installation of two 5.25-inch drives. The layout also welcomes five 3.5-/2.5-inch drives which might be mounted without any tools.


Internal space is enough for 160-mm high CPU coolers, PS/2 ATX power supply units and 250-mm long graphics cards. If retrieving unnecessary drive bays from the bottom section, there is a chance to install 360-mm long videocards.
