ID-Cooling Hunter Duet II Liquid Cooling System

ID-Cooling, being famous for its cooling systems, has released a Hunter Duet II cooler of large dimensions, which is supposed to transfer heat from the CPU and the graphics engine surfaces. This model is designed with a 360 mm heat sink, which is of great benefit to its efficiency factor.



The construction includes two water units with a base out of copper and built-in pumps, pipes in braided cable, the three-section aluminum 395 × 120 × 27 mm heat sink, three 120 mm fans, and an extraordinary framework with a 90 mm fan to blow over graphics card load-bearing elements and intensive plates for the CPU and GPU.


Though possessing similar construction, water units differ in lids design and the location of holes for liquid flow. At the moment their inner structure details are not available.

A compact fan to blow over VRM consumes 1.2 W. Its rotary speed is not higher than 1,500 rpm. The same ratio of each of the three main fans is not supposed to exceed 1,500–2,000 rpm.

Intel Offers the CNVio Interface as a Substitute for PCIe and USB in Wireless Modules

SoC Intel Gemini Lake products, Cannon Lake processors, as well as Intel 300-series chipsets for desktop Coffee Lake CPUs will get builtin CNVi (Connectivity Integration) modules. It’s already clear, that these modules will contribute to Intel platforms wireless connectivity in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks.



CNVi obtains the Wi-Fi 802.11ac (and lower) MAC media access controller, MAC Bluetooth 5 controller and the wideband Bluetooth 5 modem. Radio-frequency Wi-Fi and WiGig components will stay as the discrete CRF (Companion RF) interface with a wideband Wi-Fi/WiGig modem and necessary high-frequency circuits/filters.


At present, the SoC/CPU/south bridge hold several wireless platform parts, which saves costs, simplifies design and solutions developing. Radeon Vega Frontier Edition by AMD Is a Professional Solution of the Radeon PRO Line

At the Financial Analyst Day 2017 event, AMD has presented Radeon Vega Frontier Edition, which is a video card from the Radeon PRO family.



The novelty is a professional solution, based on the Vega GPU with 64 computing units (4096 streaming processors). It offers 16 GB of HBM2 memory (High Bandwidth Cache). The memory bandwidth claimed is 480 GB/sec. Single precision compute performance (FP32) is 13 TFLOPS, and the half-precision compute performance (FP16) is 25 TFLOPS. Regarding this data, one can assume that GPU frequency comes up to 1,586 MHz.


According to AMD announce, Radeon Vega Frontier Edition is a device, meant for such tasks as games and VR content development, visualisation and machine learning.


A good news is that the Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphics cards delivering starts in June this year. The price is unknown yet, however, we should remember, that we are talking about a professional device, which most likely will cost pretty much.

Κωδικοποιητής βίντεο – ένα από εκείνα τα προγράμματα που καταδεικνύει την απληστία σε κάθε χρήστη PC με την πρώτη ανάγκη να δείτε κάποια πλάνα. Σίγουρα έστω και μια φορά έχουν προβληματίζονται για το πώς "αναγκάσει" τη συσκευή αναπαραγωγής αναπαραγωγή κλιπ ή μια ταινία, αν η οθόνη οργάνων ελέγχου δίνει ένα σφάλμα. Τα πάντα είναι πολύ απλή: απλά κατεβάστε προγράμματα οδήγησης για κωδικοποιήσεις βίντεο!

Τι είναι ο κωδικοποιητής βίντεο; Αυτό το μικρό πρόγραμμα-αλγόριθμο, που κωδικοποιεί (συμπιέζει) και αποκωδικοποιεί (αναπαραγωγή από το συμπιεσμένο κατάστασης) τα αρχεία βίντεο με στόχο την περαιτέρω αναγνωρίζονται οι συσκευές αναπαραγωγής πολυμέσων. Συνήθως τα αρχεία πολυμέσων έχουν πολύ μεγάλες διαστάσεις, που καθιστά αδύνατο για τους αποθήκευση, μετάδοση και αναπαραγωγή χωρίς ειδική επεξεργασία. Τέτοια επεξεργασία εκτελούν κωδικοποιητές, "συσκευασία" υλικό στις απαιτούμενες διαστάσεις.

Κατά την εγγραφή βίντεο, για παράδειγμα, στην κάμερα, τα αρχεία που κωδικοποιούνται. Για να είναι το βίντεο να τρέξει στον ΥΠΟΛΟΓΙΣΤΉ σας, πρέπει να το αποκωδικοποιήσει; δηλαδή codecs που είναι εγκατεστημένα στον υπολογιστή σας, πρέπει να αναγνωρίσει το βίντεο, να μετατρέψετε αρχεία είναι συμπιεσμένα σε ροή και αναπαραγωγή σε κατάλληλη μορφή στη συσκευή αναπαραγωγής.

Αποκωδικοποίηση του περιεχομένου, επίσης, απαραίτητο για να κεταφέρετε αρχεία από το δίκτυο. Κωδικοποιητές βίντεο συρρικνώνονται το αρχικό μέγεθος του αρχείου (βίντεο, ταινιών), διατηρώντας παράλληλα εξαιρετική ποιότητα εικόνας.
