Xigmatek to Release Dark Knight II CPU Cooler

Xigmatek, a multi-profile Taiwanese company, is about to launch its second version of Dark Knight CPU cooler – the SD1483. Featuring 120x50x159 mm dimensions, this tower-like device comes in two color variations: black and white (Frostbourne). The model supports processors with the utmost TDP level of 160 W, designated for AMD AM2/AM3/K8 & Intel LGA 775/1155/1156/2011 platforms.



Xigmatek Dark Knight II SD1483 consists of a small-sized heatsink with fifty-five aluminum thin fins; the latter boasts ceramic coating that is called to enhance heat dissipation area. The heatsink is pierced by three 8 mm heatpipes which support direct contact technology.


The framework also accommodates a single 140 mm fan, based on slide bearing. It is estimated for 150.000 hours of foolproof operation. Palit Showcases GeForce GTX 750 and 750 Ti Adapters from StormX Series

In less than a couple of days the whole galaxy of graphics cards manufacturers has launched their products, based on Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 and 750 Ti GPUs. Palit is not an exception. It has unveiled three proprietary versions of cards, codenamed GeForce GTX 750 StormX OC, GeForce GTX 750 Ti StormX OC, GeForce GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual. The triple boasts a substantial factory overclocking and the implementation of a brand new cooling design.



Palit GeForce GTX 750 StormX OC is based on a fresh Nvidia GM107-300 (Maxwell architecture) GPU. Its nominal and dynamic frequency has been boosted from 1020/1085 MHz to 1085/1163 MHz correspondingly. The improvement has touched also video memory (1 GB GDDR5): its nominal and efficient frequency has been raised from 1250/5000 MHz to 1275/5100 MHz. The incorporation of StormX cooler with TurboFan Blade 80 mm fan ensures that all internal components preserved optimal thermal conditions.

Netwerk-kaart (met adapter) een apparaat dat is ontworpen voor het overdragen van informatie tussen verschillende computers in een lokaal netwerk en ook voor PC-verbinding met het world wide web. In essentie dergelijke apparaten zijn conventionele Raad van bestuur met een microprocessor, een connector voor het netwerk dirigent en aanvullende hardware componenten. Afhankelijk van het type verbinding, er zijn externe, interne PCI en ingebouwd in het moederbord adapters.

Externe netwerk kaarten zijn in grote vraag onder consumenten als gevolg van de reële mogelijkheid van hun verbinding naar een PC via een interface USB. Ze zijn gemaakt in de vorm van een individuele module is niet afhankelijk van het moederbord.
