However, LG still managed to marvel the general public with its new monitor model 27EA83 that features really impressive resolution: 2560x1440, also knows as WQHD. The manufacturer has already put it on sale but only by reservation. The price for such a marvelous product fluctuates within the boundaries of $960. Model 27EA83 features 27 inch IPS panel that is equipped with a power-efficient LED backlight. The estimated array response time does not go beyond 6 ms. According to the official data uncovered by LG, this monitor comprises up to 98% of Adobe RGB color spacing. The maximal display brightness achieves 350 cd/m2, while viewing angles, both vertical and horizontal, equal to 178 degrees. Static contrast is fixed at 1000:1 and dynamic contrast comprises 5 million to 1.

VIA Technologies Inc., a global manufacturer of power-efficient processor platforms, has recently announced the release of its peculiar motherboard, codenamed VAB-800. The major peculiarity of these motherboards is that they will be delivered in two variants: with chips of VIA personal production, WonderMedia (800 MHz), and with Freescale ARM Cortex-A8 1 GHz chips. The volume capacities of DDR3 memory in either variant will equal to 1 GB. VAB-800 is developed in piro-ITX form-factor but is also compatible with blocks of ATX form-factor.
