Transcend Information Releases the Transcend StoreJet 200 External Memory, Developed for Apple Computers

The Transcend Information Co. reported the release of the StoreJet 200 Portable Hard Drive, built for Apple computers.

 

Transcend StoreJet 200 is enclosed into the stylish aluminum alloy framework, being rather lightweight. Being only 9.95 mm thick, the device weighs 133 g. StoreJet 200 is ready for operation out-of-box. It is formatted in the Mac-oriented HFS+ file system. The novelty capacity equals 2 TB.

Gigabyte Announces New Mini-PC Brix GB-Bace-3160

Gigabyte adds another mini-PC to its small-sized solutions. This time the company introduces a low-budget Brix GB-Bace-3160 model targeting entry-level users (home/office use). It might be employed to fulfill such routine tasks as file editing, web surfing & multimedia boot. The model boasts a strict all-black design, featuring 114.4x107.6x56.1 mm case dimensions.



Gigabyte Brix GB-Bace-3160 accommodates a 4-core Intel Celeron J3160 CPU (14 nm) that operates at 1.6/2.24 GHz frequency; it is accompanied by an integrated Intel HD Graphics 400 graphics core (320-700 MHz frequency). The PCB houses only a single SO-DIMM slot for the installation of DRR3L-1600 memory.

Standaard Fireware (IEEE 1394) – een methode van overdracht van informatie in een digitaal formaat via een seriële high-speed bus. In de meeste gevallen is deze standaard wordt gebruikt voor de communicatie tussen de computer en de apparatuur voor opnemen/afspelen video en audio.
