Half a year ago Philips announced an ultra-wide Brilliance 492P8 monitor. However, the product was slightly upgraded on its way to the market. Instead of the 49-inch VA matrix with the 3840x1080 pixels resolution (32:9 aspect ratio) the specialty obtained the 49-inch panel with the 5120x1440 resolution.
Asus has just unveiled another representative of ROG lineup – a powerful gaming desktop, entitled GT51CA. The greenhorn boasts an aggressive steel design, replenished by a 4-zone LED backlight. The latter allows choosing among 8 million colors as well as several lighting modes. ‘OC’ mode automatically activates the backlight on overclocking process (by pushing Turbo Gear button).
