So far in the budget segment with the NVIDIA graphics card is dominated by the old generation. Presented recently GeForce GT 620, GeForce GT 630 and GeForce GT 640 are designed for the lowest price range. Replacement for GeForce GTX 550 Ti is not found yet. For this role is planed the improvement of GeForce GT 640 version with memory GDDR5. But in the sale, they are not yet available, and advertised prices are a bit high. So the GeForce GTX 550 Ti remains in demand. The choice among these models is still large. On the market there are non-standard versions with an improved cooling systems and high frequencies. Lian Li engineers have decided to diversify the range of branded chassis with “quiet” PC-B12. This Mid-Tower model is designed in such a way as to minimize the noise coming from the system unit. To do this, the anterior wall of the chassis is made solid and in construction added the cover for the rear fan, included damping pad for hard drives and fans, as well as 'soft' feet, on which the hull stands.



Lian Li PC-B12 is currently available only in black version. Its dimensions are 498 (L) x 210 (W) x 472 (H) mm, weight — 6.4 kg. Inside can be placed the motherboard form factor ATX or microATX, a maximum of 8 cards PCI-E expansion up to 360 mm, the CPU cooler up to 160 mm, power supply, three hard disk format 3.5 «and one 2.5». The pair of «external» 5.25-inch bays should as well be considered.

Many customers know Scythe primarily for its delivery of high-end coolers. Nevertheless, the company is gradually extending its assortment by other PC components. Thus, it decided to launch a new brand PC chassis, codenamed Case by Case 3, that will be distributed initially on the internal market. The model is developed in mid-tower form-factor and features classical austere design. Steel casing is totally painted black (from the inside and outside).



Case by Case 3 is able to accommodate motherboards of ATX and micro-ATX standard. As it was mentioned before, the chassis is characterized by austerity in design and absence of any ornamental elements or distracting insertions in framework.
